MTS TARP fabricates truck tarpaulin covers for logistics operators, contractors and commercial fleets across the UAE. Covers help protect suitable cargo from weather, dust and sunlight when correctly fitted and maintained. A tarpaulin is a protective covering; it does not replace the restraints needed to secure the load. Let us know whether the cover is for a flatbed, open-body truck, trailer or stationary cargo.
Provide the truck body’s length and width, the height of the covered load and the required side drop. State whether dimensions are finished cover dimensions or vehicle measurements. Photographs of the body, fixing hooks and corners help identify reinforcement needs. Allowances should be agreed before cutting; do not assume a vehicle’s floor size is the correct cover size.
PVC grades are selected according to handling frequency, abrasion, exposure and the load profile. Reinforced edges and corners, welded seams, eyelets, rope hems and fastening straps can be specified. Confirm eyelet spacing and the type of fixings before fabrication. Sharp cargo edges need separate protection to reduce local wear. We will confirm the GSM, colour and finishing in the quotation.
Fit the cover evenly and avoid loose fabric that can flap while travelling. Inspect tie-downs, seams and eyelets regularly. Do not drag the sheet across abrasive ground or use damaged eyelets as fixing points. Clean using a method suitable for the coating and let the cover dry before long-term storage. Arrange repairs promptly when wear is detected.
For repeat orders, identify each truck or cover pattern so dimensions are not mixed. Send quantity, vehicle type, dimensions, preferred colour and delivery emirate. We can quote finished covers and discuss repeat specifications for your fleet. Production time and delivery arrangements depend on confirmed material availability, fabrication complexity and order quantity.
