MTS TARP supplies PVC tent and canopy fabric for fabricators, contractors and project buyers in the UAE. We can discuss rolls or fabricated panels for an existing structure. The fabric forms part of a complete system: frame design, anchorage, drainage and installation all affect performance. Fabric supply alone does not establish the structural suitability of a tent or canopy.
Consider exposure, panel span, handling, colour and cleaning requirements. GSM is one selection factor; coating, base fabric, tear strength and seam construction also matter. Specify whether the project requires light transmission, an opaque finish or documented fire-retardant performance. Available grades and colours are confirmed with the quotation.
Where the project requires fire-retardant material, provide the exact standard and approval requirements. Certificates should correspond to the actual material offered, and acceptance remains subject to the project’s requirements. Fire-retardant does not mean fireproof. We do not treat all PVC grades as certified or assume a single certificate covers every weight and construction.
For an existing frame, provide drawings or measured dimensions, ridge and eave details, connection points and photographs. State whether sleeves, reinforced edges, eyelets or other attachment details are required. Confirm seam orientation, panel identification and entry openings before fabrication. Allow for drainage and avoid designs that permit water to pool on the cover.
Send the structure dimensions, quantity, preferred fabric, colour, delivery location and required completion date. Clarify whether the scope is material supply, panel fabrication or a separate installation requirement. We will identify what is included in the quotation and confirm the lead time after reviewing stock and fabrication needs. Keep the accepted drawing and specification with the order for future replacement panels.
